Retail Execution Platform

Turn headquarters directives into verified execution in every store of your network.

Greeta carries your Visual Merchandising, Trade and Store Operations standards to every store, records execution with evidence, and gives management the real picture of the network: what was done, where, and how compliant it is.

The problem

The standard is set at headquarters. The store executes. Reality varies.

Campaigns launch, materials ship, teams get trained. Still, each store reads the directive its own way. The gap is rarely dramatic: a product in the wrong place, a missing piece, a price that never changed. That subtle distance is where the brand loses consistency.

Different compositionThe window exists, but it isn't the one approved.

How it works

One operational journey, from headquarters to the store and back.

01The standard starts at HQVM, Trade and Management.
02The standard reaches the storeGuide becomes a task.
03The store executesReal operations.
04The store proves itEvidence.
05Greeta validatesReference vs. execution.
06Management sees itNetwork → region → store.
07Deviation becomes actionOwner → deadline → resolution.
08The operation improvesContinuous improvement.

01 · The standard starts at HQ

The guide stops being guidance and becomes a trackable task.

Your VM or Trade team builds the display guide in Greeta: spaces, products, targets and reference photos. On publish, every target store receives a task with a deadline, not a PDF by e-mail.

  • Spaces, SKUs and targets per space
  • Official reference photo per space
  • Targeting by cluster, region or store
  • Deadline and priority set at publish
Greeta interface: building a display guide with spaces, products and per-space targets.
Greeta interface on a phone: the store executor's tasks for the day, with the execute button.

02 – 04 · The store receives, executes and proves

Built for the floor, not the desk.

The people executing are on their feet, store open, phone in hand. The Greeta app works at that pace: checklists and guides with photo evidence, and live checklists when headquarters needs to see any store in real time.

  • Required evidence per question or per space
  • Deadline and priority visible to whoever executes
  • Live checklist: executor's camera, manager's decision on the spot
  • Justification recorded when something can't be done
Greeta interface: checklists published to the network, filtered by status.

05 · Greeta validates

The gap between standard and execution stops being a matter of opinion.

Greeta Vision® compares the reference photo with the evidence sent by the stores and flags what differs. Your team stops checking hundreds of photos and reviews only the flagged points.

ApproveExecution matches the standard.
Approve partiallyCompliant, with weighted deviations by reason.
RejectRedo, with the reason recorded.

The final decision stays with the manager. AI recommends; people decide.

06 · Management sees it

From network to store, without relying on reports.

Compliance by region, cluster and store, with evidence one click away. Leadership sees the consolidated view; field supervision sees what needs attention today.

07 · Deviation becomes action

Every deviation gets an owner, a deadline and a resolution.

Rejections and open items don't die in a report. They become action items with an owner and a date, and the network follows them to closure.

Greeta interface: Kanban board of action items, with an owner and a deadline per deviation.
DeviationRejection or non-compliance identified.
OwnerWhoever resolves it, at the store or region.
DeadlineDue date visible to everyone.
ResolutionNew evidence closes the loop.

08 · The operation improves

Today's deviation becomes tomorrow's training.

Headquarters publishes trainings for the stores, with video, PDF, audio, image or link content and a quiz at the end, and tracks who completed them. What failed in an action item becomes learning for the whole network.

  • Video, PDF, audio, image and external link in one training, with a quiz and the number of attempts set by headquarters
  • Completion certificate with a minimum passing score, configurable logo and signature
  • Publish by store, cluster or region and track completion per executor
Greeta interface: list of trainings published by headquarters, with status and completion.
Greeta interface on a smartphone: a training opened by the store team, with content and quiz.

Results

What changes when execution is verified.

Metrics and cases go here only once proven with customers. Until then, what Greeta changes in a network's routine:

  • More control over what happens in the stores
  • Less manual checking of photos and spreadsheets
  • More visibility by region, cluster and store
  • Less rework between headquarters and field
  • Faster path from deviation to correction
  • More consistent execution across the network

Onboarding

FAQ

About store audits and retail execution.

What is retail execution?

Making sure the directives defined by headquarters (campaigns, store standards and processes) actually happen, the right way, in every store of the network. Planning defines what should be done; execution makes it happen at the point of sale. Verified execution is that, recorded with evidence and checked for compliance: not just what was instructed, but what was actually done.

How do you get every store to follow the HQ standard?

By centralizing the directive, distributing it to each store, collecting execution evidence and checking compliance store by store, all in one flow. When communication, execution and auditing live in separate systems, the directive gets lost along the way; a single flow preserves visibility from headquarters to the stores, even at scale.

What is a store audit and how does it work?

It verifies that each store meets the operational, display and process standards defined by headquarters. Traditionally it's manual and sample-based, which limits coverage and delays correction. In Greeta, evidence recorded at the stores is compared against the HQ standard with AI support, so the whole network can be audited consistently, not just a few stores.

How do remote store audits work?

Stores record evidence (photos and text) and headquarters reviews it asynchronously or runs live checks, without sending a team into the field. Every interaction is logged, with compliance consolidated by store, region and network. In practice, this increases audit frequency and reach and cuts the logistics cost of keeping the network on standard.

How does AI verify execution in stores?

AI compares the HQ reference photo with the evidence sent by the stores and returns a compliance score and a list of inconsistencies. The operational gain is direct: the team stops checking hundreds of photos and reviews only the flagged points. The final decision (approve, approve partially or reject) stays with the manager.

Does Greeta work for franchises and multi-unit operations?

Yes. It was designed for multi-unit operations (corporate chains, franchises and mixed formats) with dozens, hundreds or thousands of stores. Directives can be segmented by cluster, region or format, so each store gets the right standard without losing the consolidated network view. As the operation grows, the same flow holds, from headquarters to the stores.

Is my network's data secure and compliant with data protection law?

Yes. The architecture is multi-tenant: each network's data is isolated per organization, with role-based access control (RBAC), so each user sees only what they're entitled to. Data handling follows Brazil's LGPD, and a security center with technical and compliance documentation is available for IT and Legal to review before adoption.
